We reserve the right to stop selling any product at any time, and can limit quantities per customer, geographical area, or country – based on individual decision.

When you place an order – you are offering to purchase a product.
HaTrick reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we send a confirmation.
Payment must be processed and received before we can confirm the order.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting it – we may not be able to cancel the order after confirmation.
If we do not confirm or need to change/cancel an order – we will try to notify you via the email address, billing, or phone number you provided.

All purchases are subject to our return policy [link].

You declare that all your purchases are for personal or household use only – not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice.
The price you will be charged is the price in effect at the time of order and will appear in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified – prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.

Prices in the online store may differ from prices in physical stores or on other websites operated by third parties.
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts managed under separate terms. In case of conflict – the terms of the promotion shall prevail.

You agree to provide accurate and current information at the time of purchase – including payment details, email address, credit card numbers, and card expiration date – so that we can complete the transaction and contact you when necessary.

(2) You have permission to use the card,
(3) The credit card company will authorize the transaction,
(4) You will pay all charges, including shipping, taxes, and handling fees.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery


Estimated delivery time: We make every effort to process orders quickly and efficiently. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 7-15 business days from the shipping date.

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (war, strike, natural disasters, etc.) - delivery time may extend up to 35 business days.

• Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays are not considered business days.


• Shipments are sent nationwide.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement – belong to HaTrick, its subsidiaries, or its licensors, and are protected by patent, copyright, and other laws in the US and other countries.
This agreement permits you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, upload, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Except as expressly stated otherwise, nothing in this agreement grants you any license or rights under any patent, trademark, or copyright law of HaTrick, Shopify, or any other third party. Unauthorized use may constitute an infringement of intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by HaTrick.
The name HaTrick, its logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HaTrick or its affiliates. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited. The name Shopify and its trademarks belong to Shopify. All other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

You may have access to third-party tools as part of the Services, over which we have no control or responsibility.
You agree that the use of these tools is "as is" and without warranty or liability of any kind. We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of these tools.
Your use of such tools is at your sole risk and you must ensure that you understand and agree to the terms of use of the relevant third party.
We may offer new tools and features as part of the Services in the future – these features will be subject to the same terms.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the infrastructure for the Services, but all purchases and transactions are made with HaTrick.
You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions, including damages or losses incurred as a result of products you purchased.
You release Shopify from all liability related to purchases you made from HaTrick.

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read the policy.
Since the Services are hosted by Shopify, it collects and processes personal information about you. Information you submit is transferred to Shopify and other third parties who may be located outside your country.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall HaTrick, its affiliates, directors, employees, officers, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors – nor Shopify and its affiliates – be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages.
This liability applies whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise – and is valid even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 17 - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HaTrick, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers, from any loss, damage, liability, or claim – including reasonable attorneys’ fees – arising out of or relating to:
(1) your breach of these Terms or related documents,
(2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party,
(3) your use of the Services.

We may conduct the defense at your expense, including selecting attorneys, but we will not agree to any non-monetary settlement that imposes an obligation on you without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
